As you follow your Guide, we meet with you weekly to provide beneficial support for keeping you motivated and on track.

These meetings will help you gain knowledge and learn skills to make you nutritionally empowered & confident, allowing you to reach your goals as quickly as possible. We’re happy to meet you at work, home, or your favorite coffee shop as per your convenience.

#3 Sustaining

Some people appreciate a little extra support to achieve their goal, obtain the confidence to stay there, and acquire nutritional independence. We offer affordable post-program counseling & nutritional advice to ensure continued success with your weight, health or fitness journey.

One 7-day Meal Guide per month (most common) Based on your assessment results, we design you a Simple 7-day, Meal Guide to follow for four weeks. Your specific food and macronutrient requirements are calculated and applied to your Guide. Just follow it and enjoy your transformation! We’ll meet you in-person ONCE a week for support, measurements, and to discuss your progress. Continue for as many months as you wish. $299 per month
Two 7-day Meal Guides per month Need MORE diversity? Enjoy spending time in the kitchen? Get TWO 7-day Meal Guides each month. Of course we’ll meet you in-person ONCE a week for support, measurements, and to discuss your progress. $449 per month
Maintenance Counseling
Once you feel you’ve got it down, if you still want a little “help,” we offer weekly check-in sessions. This provides you accountability & non-judgmental support to help you hold your ground for as long as you like. $99 per month
